Where’s my order?
After placing an order, the order status is always available in your Order History.
- Click My Account > Order History. (If you are not signed in already, you will be prompted to do so.)
- All of your orders are displayed. Review the Status column to determine if your order has shipped.
- Click the Track button in the Actions column to view the tracking associated with an order.
If something doesn’t seem right, contact us and we’ll get to the bottom of it.
How do I cancel my account?
What happened?
We strive to provide you with the best possible services. If we fell short of your expectations please contact us; we want to make it right.
If that means cancelling your account, give us a call and we’ll help you out.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Absolutely. We offer 3-business-day shipping on US-bound orders placed before 6pm ET (may be earlier for selected products).
During checkout, we list available options based on your shipping address and order.
Some exceptions do apply. Express delivery is not available for:
- Orders shipped to a PO Box
- Orders shipped to remote areas in the US
- Checks
- Return address labels
Note: processing times are estimated for the continental US; Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver your order:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- UPS
- FedEx
All our carriers enable us to offer high-quality shipping services at a low cost. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, shipping address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.
Once your order ships, the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available) will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.
During checkout, we’ll give you an expected delivery date for each of your products. We’ll also let you know if some items may be shipped in separate packages.

Do you offer overnight or 2-day shipping?
Because of our printing process and the way we customize each and every order, the fastest option available is 4 business days.
Do your shipping speeds include production time?
Yes, always! Our listed speeds include both the time it takes to print your order and deliver it to you.

Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). You can also go to your order history to look up tracking info.
My package was supposed to arrive today but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
Packages are delivered by 8pm in your time zone daily. If it is not yet 8pm you can view your tracking information in your Order History under My Account. You can also contact us at any time and we’ll be glad to assist.
